• Captain Justin holds a USCG Merchant Mariner Credential and is licensed for six passengers only (ie. 6 Pack License). This is a strict policy. Please do not show up to the dock with more than 6 passengers planning to board the boat. We will have to turn some of your party away. Young children still count as one passenger.

• Please show up to the dock 10-15 min before departure. This will allow us some time to get acclimated on the boat and go over a few things before we get underway. If you are going to be late please call us at 941-254-6200. If you do not call and do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled departure you will forfeit your deposit.

• Rescheduling: Please give us 2 hours notice unless its a last minute unexpected circumstance.

• Refunds: Refunds are permitted on cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
